Most often nematodes are studied in isolation and apart from other parts of the soil food web. In multiple on-going projects we seek to quantify the linkages between nematode community dynamics and downstream microorganisms. We believe these trophic interactions could have significant impacts on carbon and nitrogen cycling. Stay tuned for new updates on this work!
